More than 21 years of international experience (Lebanon, UAE, Syria, KSA, Nigeria, France & Belgium) in the fields of finance management, organization restructuring, strategy planning, institutional reform, project management and capacity building for the Public and Private sectors. Engaged and lead complexed Government country development projects and programs financed by International Donors such as the World Bank & EU etc.., and consulted for and occupied executive positions in medium and large organizations of the private sector. Also, a University Professor/Researcher since many years delivering strategy and management courses for the Masters Program, and leading research projects and papers publications.
