An HR professional, services provider, and consultant with a Doctorate in business administration, a Masters degree in HR, a Bachelor degree in Business administration, and a PHR certificate (Professional Human Resource).  From the experience perspective, there are 22 years of experience in HR within the INGO’s industry and in the private sector. In addition, the acquired HR experience was in GCC and the LEVANT region on one side, and on the other side, the experience was acquired being in full time HR positions and HR consultancies. Moreover, an HR department was established several times in the INGO and private sector.
